the yarn crawl. not unlike the pub crawl.

my little state hosted a

instead of a hangover

i was only able to get to

one of our many yarn shops

here in the tiniest state

but i did score

some covington

mercerized cotton yarn

which will likely become

but not today.

it was these sleeves and that neckline that got me.

I'm half way through the neck of

the deep breath sweater by Kirsten Hipsky in

this alpaca silk blend yarn in mulberry.

so far, so good.

Kusha Kusha Scarf...I want.

Doesn't matter which colorway you choose, I love this scarf.  It's knitted up with Habu Textiles Superfine Merino Wool (which is felted)along with Habu Textiles Silk Stainless Steel yarn (which doesn't felt).

The combination of the two is gorgeous.
